Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a cleaning quote request, business partner application, or support inquiry on Cleaning Services Partners, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, property city or ZIP code, service specifications, and optional project photos.

2. How We Protect Your Contact Information (Zero Unsolicited Spam)

Cleaning Services Partners is designed to protect your privacy while you compare quotes. When you post a service request, your direct telephone number, email address, and street address are kept private during the quoting phase. Participating cleaning businesses view only your project scope, city/ZIP code, and uploaded reference photos to prepare up to 5 independent estimates.

Your contact details are shared only with the specific cleaning business whose quote you choose to accept. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact information to third-party telemarketers or external lead brokers.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and administrative access controls to safeguard information submitted through our platform against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

4. Your California Privacy Rights

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information held by Cleaning Services Partners at any time. To exercise your privacy rights or update your communication preferences, please contact us at info@cleaningservicespartners.com.
